Online shopping for Custom Corporate Apparel can be tricky. We make available options to help ensure you get exactly the right product in the right size and with a quality custom logo.
Our product pages feature size chart links to help you with sizing. Many of our customers choose to order blank samples in order to check the size and fit of items. Blank samples can be returned up to 30 days later and your account credited for the amount of the samples. Please note: A sample order exceeding $500 will incur a restock fee. We would be happy to assist you with a sample order.
We will email you a logo proof for approval before embroidering or printing your custom products. If anything looks incorrect on your invoice or in the logo proof please let us know immediately. We are happy to make edits to make certain you get the high quality products and custom logo application you are looking for.
On custom decorated items, we cannot offer returns or refunds on non-defective items. Once apparel has been decorated with your logo, it cannot be undecorated or reused, and therefore it cannot be returned. Our team of custom apparel experts will find a solution that fits your needs and helps get you the right products.
If you receive a product you are unhappy with, we will make every effort to correct the problem and get you a replacement. If the product is unacceptable due to our error or the manufacturer’s error, we will replace the product at no additional charge.
