Blank (Undecorated) Samples:

We only accept returns or exchanges on blank, undecorated sample items. If you're unsure about sizing or fit, we recommend ordering samples before placing your full custom order.
  • Blank samples may be returned within 30 days for a full refund
  • A prepaid UPS return label will be emailed to you for the return
  • Once samples are received, your original payment method will be refunded within 24 hours
Note: Sample orders over $500 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Custom Embroidered & Decorated Items

Because custom apparel is produced specifically for your brand, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom embroidered or decorated items. Once a logo is applied, the garment cannot be reused or resold.

To ensure your order is right before production begins:
  • Review the size charts available on each product page
  • Approve your logo sewout proof — we email this before any decorating begins
  • Check your order invoice for accuracy
If anything looks incorrect on your proof or invoice, contact us immediately at sales@logoshirtsdirect.com so we can make corrections before production.

Defective Items & Order Cancellations

Defective Items: 
We will replace any item with a manufacturer defect or an embroidery defect at no charge. Contact us as soon as you notice an issue so we can review your request.

Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing it. Cancellations made within this window will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 24 hours.
