How much does it cost to change the thread colors on different color shirts?Nothing. Â You can change the logo colors on different colored shirts Free of charge. Just specify the logo colors you want in the Order Notes or in an email.
Are there any restrictions for the logo?The maximum logo area for an embroidered chest logo is 4 x 4. Â Very small text does Not embroider clearly, so we will offer alternatives for you. The maximum print area for Tshirts is 12 x 13. Â We will adjust your logo to an appropriate size and show it to you for your approval.
How much does it cost to have my logo embroidered onto the items in my order?The embroidery charge for the 1st logo is FREE. The charge for additional logos on the item is $5/logo.
What type of logo formats do you accept?jpeg, .jpg, .gif, .pdf, .bmp, .tif, .psd, .doc,.eps, and .Ai formats.
How can I get my logo to you?Upload your logo when you are adding products to your shopping bag, or just email your logo or logos to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How much does it cost to set up a logo for embroidery?You get one FREE logo set up. Â If you need a 2nd or 3rd logo, there is a 1-time logo setup of $20/logo.
Do you offer a Rush Service?Yes.Â Select the 'Add Rush Service' option during Checkout to add a $50, 5 day rush to your order. Â Orders placed and paid for by 3pm EST, will be delivered by UPS Ground 5 business days later.Â If you need the order quicker than 5 days, select 'UPS Next Day' or 'UPS 2-Day Air' in addition to selecting the 'Add Rush Service' option.Â Also, please help us by including your Due Date.
How and when do I pay for my order?We require full payment upon you placing the order since this is a custom order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, as well as checkout with PayPal. Â You can also mail a check to Corporate Shirts Direct.
How long will it take to receive my order?The standard turnaround time is 2 weeks. Â But if you need sooner, just enter the date you need â€śin-hand" in the Order Notes field on the last page of check out, and you will receive the order on time.
Do you ship outside the United States?Yes, we can ship anywhere. The cost is international Â shipping is expensive. Â We ship via UPS Worldwide ExpeditedÂ® service. The shipping fees will be charged separately on the day of shipment, when we know the exact cost.
Can I have my order ship to a different address from my billing address?Yes. You will have the opportunity to fill out the Bill to & Ship to addresses on the last page of check out. You can ship to a different address than the billing address.
How will you ship my order?We ship most orders via UPS Ground. If you only have a PO Box, then we will use US Priority Mail. Â Once we ship the order, the transit time can be from 1-4 days.
Guarantee?We guarantee that the logo quality and product quality is without defect. Â If there is a defect, we will replace or refund that item. Due to having the lowest prices in the industry, we cannot offer returns or refunds on non-defective items. Do you still have my logo on file?Yes. Â We will always keep your logo on file. On reorders, you do not have to upload you logo again, as long as there are no color changes or edits. Otherwise, upload or email us your new logo.
Do I have to order all items in the same style, color, and size?No. Â You can order a variety of colors, styles, and sizes.
What is the minimum order quantity?There is No minimum for Embroidered items. There is a 12 item minimum on Printed items. Â On promotional products, (such as mugs, pens, etc)the minimums vary from 36-100. Â Embroidered orders of less than 12 items are subject to a small short-run fee of $15.
