Will I get to approve my logo?Yes, we will email an embroidered logo proof to you usually within 24 hours of receiving your order.
How much does it cost to change the thread colors on different color shirts?Nothing. You can change the logo colors on different colored shirts Free of charge. Just specify the logo colors you want in the Order Notes or in an email.
Are there any restrictions for the logo?The maximum logo area for an embroidered chest logo is 4 x 4. Very small text does Not embroider clearly, so we will offer alternatives for you. The maximum print area for Tshirts is 12 x 13. We will adjust your logo to an appropriate size and show it to you for your approval. Online pricing includes a logo at 15,000 stitches or less. For a logo with 15,000+ stitches, there will be an additional fee.
How much does it cost to have my logo embroidered onto the items in my order?The embroidery run charge for the 1st logo is FREE. The embroidery run charge for additional logos on the item is $6/logo. The embroidery charge for individual names is $7 per item.
What type of logo formats do you accept?jpeg, .jpg, .gif, .pdf, .bmp, .tif, .psd, .doc,.eps, and .Ai formats.
How can I get my logo to you?Upload your logo when you are adding products to your shopping bag, or just email your logo or logos to email@example.com.
How much does it cost to set up a logo for embroidery?You get one FREE logo set up. If you need a 2nd or 3rd logo, there is a 1-time logo setup of $20/logo.
Do you offer a Rush Service?Yes. Select one of the 'Add Rush Service' options on the top right of the Checkout page. Add the $75 Rush service to receive your order in 7-8 business days. Add the $150 Rush service to receive your order in 5-6 business days. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the next business day. Expedited Shipping options such as 'UPS Next Day' or 'UPS 2-Day Air' may be needed to meet your due date, which will be an additional cost. Please type your Due Date in the field under 'Order Notes'.
How and when do I pay for my order?We require full payment upon you placing the order since this is a custom order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, as well as checkout with PayPal. You can also mail a check to Corporate Shirts Direct.
How long will it take to receive my order?Our turnaround time right now is about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks. But if you need your order sooner or by a specific date, just enter the date you need the order “in-hand" in the Order Notes field on the last page of check out. If the due date is 9+ business days from the order date, we most likely will be able to meet your due date without the Rush service or expedited shipping. One of our sales representatives will confirm your order and delivery date.
Do you ship outside the United States?Yes, we can ship anywhere. The cost of international shipping is expensive. We ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited, Saver, and Express service. The receiver is responsible for all taxes and duties from their country and the receiver must communicate with UPS and the customs broker to finalize the delivery. If the receiver refuses delivery for any reason, the receiver will still be charged the total amount of the shipping charges.
Can I have my order ship to a different address from my billing address?Yes. You will have the opportunity to fill out the Bill to & Ship to addresses on the last page of check out. You can ship to a different address than the billing address.
How will you ship my order?We ship most orders via UPS Ground. If you only have a PO Box, then we will use US Priority Mail. Once we ship the order, the transit time can be from 1-4 days for UPS Ground within the Continental US. *Any Free Freight promos denote UPS Ground shipping within the lower 48 US States.
Can I cancel my order?Any orders that are canceled after 48 hours of being placed will be charged a restock fee. An order cannot be cancelled once your logo decoration has begun.
Guarantee?We guarantee that the logo quality and product quality is without defect. If there is a defect, we will replace or refund that item. On custom decorated items, we cannot offer returns or refunds on non-defective items. Once apparel has been decorated with your logo, it cannot be undecorated or reused, and therefore it cannot be returned. Our team of custom apparel experts will find a solution that fits your needs and helps get you the right products.
Using a Promo Code?We email promo codes to our email list about once a month. These discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or discount including the online quantity discount or applied to on sale items. Only one discount can be claimed per online order. These discounts can also Not be retro-actively applied to previously placed orders. Lastly, discounts are capped and will not exceed more than $200 off your total order. After placing an order with Logo Shirts Direct, you are automatically added to our email list. You can unsubscribe any time.
Do you still have my logo on file?Yes. We will always keep your logo on file. On reorders, you do not have to upload you logo again, as long as there are no color changes or edits. Otherwise, upload or email us your new logo.
Do I have to order all items in the same style, color, and size?No. You can order a variety of colors, styles, and sizes.
What is the minimum order quantity?There is No minimum for Embroidered items, but orders less than 6 items are charged a $50 short run fee. There is a 12 item minimum on Printed items. On promotional products, (such as mugs, pens, etc)the minimums vary from 36-100.
